Hola Familia!!! Let’s break some Bread with a Pasta tossed in an Avocado Cream Sauce with some delicious Prosciutto Di Parma!! Oooof this was soooo good!! It was light and perfect for that Mid-Week Dinner bite!!
1 Whole Avocado, smashed
Mix 1/4 Cup of Heavy Cream until smooth
On low heat, add some Graza Olive Oil approx about 1/4 Cup
Sliver 3 cloves of Garlic and toss into olive oil and allow to cook for 3-4 mins
Add fresh Basil Leaves
Slice up that beautiful Prosciutto- as much as you like. I used about 6 slices
And allow to cook for 2-3 mins
***Start cooking your pasta of choice, while you mix the Avocado sauce***
Turn off the heat and add your Avocado and stir until smooth
**optional: Add some English Peas***
Grate some fresh Pecorino Romano to provide some extra creaminess and bite
Salt and Pepper to taste
A little Bit of Lemon Zest
Toss in your pasta and serve!! Enjoy!
