500g – Chicken breast fillet
Salt & pepper

Flour for dredging

1 tbsp – Oil
2 tbsp – Butter

2 cloves – garlic
1 pc – Small onion
1 tbsp – Vinegar
Salt to taste
1/4 cup – Pesto sauce
1/4 cup – Blanched spinach
1/2 cup – Cooking cream
1/2 cup – Mozzarella cheese

Garnish:
Lemon wedge

Side:
Mashed potato
