Recipe:
2 ripe bananas mashed
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
4 tbsp peanut butter
1/3 cup brown sugar or maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Mash bananas, add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into well greased 8×8 baking dish or muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes (may take a little longer if using baking dish). Recipe makes 12-18 muffins depending on how full you fill the cups.
