Easy Baked Fish
4 white fish filets (we used Cod)
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1-2 packets Shake & Bake Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat both sides of each fish filet with Miracle Whip. Place coating mix on a large plate or in a pie plate. Press both sides of each filet in the Shake& Bake coating mix. Place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
