
INGREDIENTS
4 Salmon Fillets ( about 2 to 2 1/2 lbs)
for the marinade
1 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
less than 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 dried tsp oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp brown sugar
2 Tbs lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
for the potatoes
Baby potatoes ( i used almost 1lb)
1 Tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste
For the asparagus
1 lb asparagus
1 Tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 Lemon. (Juice form half lemon drizzled over salmon and veggies, then the other half sliced and topped onto salmon)
Bake at 450F for 15 to 18 mins
