Garlic Herb Pork Loin Crockpot Recipe
Crockpot Size: 6-Quart

3 lb. Pork Loin
1/2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 Tbsp. Thyme
1/2 Tbsp. Parsley
1/2 Tbsp. Basil
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
Salt & Pepper (To Your Liking)
Butter (To Your Liking)

Pat pork loin dry with paper towel and trim off excess fat. In a small bowl, add and mix garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, basil, parsley, olive oil, and minced garlic. Rub half of seasoning mixture onto pork loin. Also, add your desired amount of salt and black pepper. Flip over pork loin and rub rest of seasoning mixture. Add desired salt and black pepper as well. In the crockpot, add chicken broth and the seasoned pork loin. Top pork loin with your desired amount of butter. Cook on low for 4-5 hrs. Enjoy!
