Glass noodles stir fry with shrimps and Bok choy that is super easy to make. You can use any protein and vegetables that you like when making this dish.
This is also know in Thai as Pad Woon Sen or in Korean as Japchae.

2 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
2 tablespoons golden mountain soy
2 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup water
fresh garlic and ginger
