
I’m all for the power of chia seeds, and I don’t know about you, but I’d much rather eat something delicious than try to gag down gelatinous chia water.
So this week when I was checking out the @e4_fit High Protein Recipe Book, I came upon this Matcha Chia Pudding recipe, and knew I had to try it.
I’m constantly trying to find vegan recipes to add to my repertoire, but sometimes find it challenging to hit my protein goals. This gave me the best of both worlds.
The prep time on this is next to nothing, so it makes a great option to keep in your fridge for a couple days as an easy, super quick pre work breakfast. And the combination of chia, protein, and matcha will fuel your body for a long day.
