Recipe (6 servings):
2 packs of noodles
30-40 pieces of shrimp or 1 block of tofu
salt, pepper, garlic powder
2 zucchinis
half.a bag of shredded carrots
1 box of mushrooms
sauce:
1 cup of low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp chili paste
1 spoonful of honey or brown sugar
3 cloves of crushed garlic
Toppings:
Sesame seeds
cilantro
green onions
jalapeno (optional)
sriracha (optional)
