340g Mini Red Potatoes, Quatered
⅓ Cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Salt ( ½ to boil Potatoes, 1 to Season Salmon, ½ for Parsley Mix)
1½ tsp Blackpepper (1 to Season Salmon ½ for Parsley Mix)
4 Garlic Gloves
2 tsp Chilli Flakes
Fresh Thyme and Parsley
1 lemon for Garnishing
