
Spiced Yoghurt Chicken
Recipe
2 chicken breast (approx. 500-600 g) cut into thick strips
1 clove minced garlic
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp cumin
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
2 chicken breast (approx. 500-600 g) cut into thick strips

1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp cumin
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
Marinate for 20 minutes at least before frying off. Cook for about 7-10 minutes in a hot oiled pan. When the chicken is browned it should be ready – but you can check with a skewer.
