This couldn’t be any easier, a few simple ingredients and some quick chopping with my new @yakushiknives and that’s it. I saw a much more complex recipe but it was confusing…it was all Greek to me…️ #DadJoke
Here’s how to do it:
– season 4 big chicken breasts with Greek Seasoning. I used @spiceology Greek Freak that I got at @fogocharcoal .com.
– I grilled them raised direct over hot @fogocharcoal on my @biggreenegg until they developed some golden color.
– I then chopped some cherry tomatoes and Kalamata Olives .
– I sliced each breast longways into 4 strips and laid it in my grill pot. I covered the chicken with the tomatoes, olives, sliced pepperoncini peppers and Feta cheese and baked it for 1/2 hour at 375 in the Egg, after switching it over to indirect cooking.
Let me tell you what, it was delicious!!
