Hi all. Take 500 g of turkey breast fillet, cut into thin slices, salt on both sides. Roll each piece in flour. Melt 20 g butter and 20 ml olive oil in a frying pan. Lightly brown the turkey breast on both sides. Add pepper and rosemary to taste. Add 50 ml. white wine and simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat, periodically turning the meat over so that it is stewed on both sides.
